The platform has become more accessible for all user groups. Currently, 98% of the users are able to onboard the platform without any training, reducing the workload by 40%. Now, the system has the capacity to handle over 10,000 student records and 2,000+ daily sessions across 50+ branches.

The starting point was a system that didn’t keep up with the demands of a growing system. It was difficult to use, cluttered with unnecessary steps and lacked support for day-to-day activities.
The new system does everything in one place. Student information, scheduling, communication and payments are integrated into one system. It means that teachers and administrators don’t have to juggle multiple programs.
A lot of effort went into making it feel simple. Teachers can quickly check schedules or update student progress, parents can follow what’s happening and admins can manage everything without getting lost in the system.
